Store Policy
- All sales are FINAL including international orders
- No Cancellation will be accepted.
- All orders with incorrect addresses will be refunded.
- Customers will be charged a fee if an item is shipped and sent back due to an incorrect address.
- Pre-orders items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Policy
- All orders will be packaged about 3-5 days after purchase.
- Orders are generally shipped Monday - Friday, 11 am - 5 pm
- Pre-orders may take up to 2-3 weeks.
- Domestic shipping will be shipped via USPS.
- International shipping will be shipped via UPS.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is read to be shipped or has been shipped.
- Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.
- International orders typically take 5-10 business days to be delivered.
- Orders are shipped from Houston, TX
- Please expect delays during and after the Holidays, Sales, Pre-Orders and Special Events.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once orders are shipped.
- Please contact the shipping company for any package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
International Shipping
All international packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by NSPIRE. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Refund Policy
- No returns or exchanges are accepted
- All items are FINAL SALE
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped out.
- Any case of a faulty/defective product is received, we will cover the return shipping and send out a replacement.
ALL CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED, AND SHOULD NOT BEEN WORN.
